Constitution of Lords Clan Nation
We the Clan known as Lords do see fit to write this document to solidify ourselves as our own Nation under no rule but our own. No king or Nation shall impose their rule on our proud heads without due payment for our illustrious services. We hereby ratify these aforementioned articles as Constitution of our ideals and conduct upon the open sea. We as free men choose our own destinies as seen fit by our chosen Leader.
Golden rule of Lords:
No Drama!!! Within Lords Clan. Meaning no fighting with your mates use maturity and couth to resolve the issue or simply Pm Lords leader and drop it till it can be resolved and addressed. I would rather you put one of Lords on ignore for little while then to have ppl leave for stupid resolvable issues.
Articles of engagement:
First:
There should be a set spam for those we are unsure of in respect to their intentions and loyalties Ie: (Clans and clan less players we do not have on our list of know enemies) This spam should say something like: Free Sailor of Lords greets you, Raise your Flag and state our intentions, Be they friendly or villainous?
Second
After said intentions are said we respond accordingly. If the question is not answered we sail on with cannons raised and spam again the message. If not answered a third time we should spam again that a warning shot will be fired and fire said warning. If the player continues we shall fight or flee regardless of their intentions.
Third
Lords will not fire upon sloops regardless of enemy status unless they fire on or talk shit to you in tavern for all to see or they keep goading you in vicinity. If this happens a screen shot will be taken before firing and we will sink said player.
Fourth
In vicinity and tavern we will act like Lords and Ladies. Our language and manner should reflect how we would talk in a professional environment. Ie. No cursing in any language or personal attacks towards anyone. Anyone violating this will be imposed with Clan Leaders personal view of punishment.
We must set an example for others in WOP to rise above the ones who are trying to bring us down. It is only a game.
Fifth
When attacked by a supposed ally we will remain calm and not instantly declare war on that clan until Lords clan Leader has been briefed and both parties stories have been told to both clan leaders and a resolution is reached if it can be reached. Only Clan Leader has the right to declare war on traitorous allies.
Sixth
If any members of lords is found to be a turncoat on his mates or gives away positions or vital information concerning our clan they will be Jack Sparrow ed. This means we will bring you out to sea kicked from clan and team rafted then rafted. A screen shot will be taken and posted in wop forums showing your cowardice and betrayal of your mates.
Articles of Clan:
First:
One fifth of your booty goes to clan account this means if you do 5 rounds of jobs your fifth goes to clan, If one of your mates gives you gold 1/5 rounded to nearest 100k will be put into clan account. This is to ensure our rank as Best clan in game and also as a show of support.
Second:
Every time you log in for day please send a pm to clan leader so that the leader knows you are active member of clan. ( though leader knows who the regulars players are in Lords) This ensures that the leader does not kick out actives members and relives confusion otherwise.
Third:
Always help a mate in need. Whether it be gold, ships, specs or just help shooting npcs Lords memebers should always do what is in their power to help. Bringing unity and brother/sisterhood to clan.
Fourth:
Remember this is a game and to always try and have fun
Articles of War:
First:
War is only declared by leader after a clan vote is taken
Second:
During time when War is discussed a channel will be created for such purpose and only the parties involved will discuss it until time when clan vote is needed. At such time only the leader will speak to as to dispel confusing side talk. Anyone interuptting at this time will be channel kicked until vote is needed.
Third:
When we decide on war terms will be discussed on the magnitude of said war. Ie: will we fence or just use cannons. After which Leader of Lords will place terms of war on the WOP forum for all to see.
Fourth:
If the war is over we shall again vote and see if we will again be non aggressive with clan or persons to which we are at war at said time due to fact that alliances change so quickly in this game. Ie: if someone from one clan we are at war with goes to a clan we are not at war with. Or if entire clan changes their alliance and agree to cease fire.
